Nemo's Reef App Reviews

This was such a cute app and seemed so fun that I finally spent some money on in app purchases only to have the game crash and now am unable to even sign in. It is stuck on the sign in screen asking me to designate a sign in name which I did to no avail. Still unable to sign in. I followed protocol and sent in a request for help to which I have gotten a reply that they are working on it. In the past I have played many games on my iPad and when they crash they are immediately fixed...the longest wait was about 2 days. This has gone on for 8 days already and still no fix. I really expected Disney to have higher customer service response....one reason I chose this game. When things like this happen and designers are unresponsive the game ceases to be fun. Customers should certainly be refunded all of their in app purchase money sitting in limbo! Cmon Disney!

I love playing this game. It can be challenging at times an offers an array of obstacles and fun goals to meet. Unfortunately after the latest update to the app I can no longer access the game. I will not connect to the server at all!

I was having lots of fun playing this game when I came across this glitch one day. Now I cant access my reef, or the game! It is a glitch about creating a "game password" and when I make one it doesnt go away! Please fix this so I can get on playing again! Also it keeps nagging me to buy a rare seed with pearls, but I have very few. Could you add a feature that lets you watch ads for pearls?

Game was fun until they essentially locked me out-- Requiring me to create a game code, but its impossible to create.

What was once my favorite app has crashed and burned and is still DOA. Fails to connect to server, asks for nonworking GameCode, and has no way to retrieve code if there ever was one. I hope they can revive it. This was a beautiful game I probably spent way too much time on anyway.

This is my second time around the reef. While parts of it are still fun, it is obvious that Disneys heart is not in it. In the two months since I started my new reef, there has not been one limited time fish offered. Not one weekend challenge. And now there is a major problem that has prevented me from playing for a week.

was working now it keeps asking me to enter a code so i can switch devices but it wont let me. and it wont let me play the game. Seems to be common with the new update. Thats the best update ever, prevents you from playing. good job

Please fix so can play again! I have no idea what my passcode is never needed it. I only play on my iPad ! Day 3 not able to play cant you take the mandatory game code that I cant make work off please?? December 18th still cant access my game Im on level 53, 5million coins, 3million in food, and 285 pearls. Wont take a code and I dont want to loose my progress please help!! Almost to level 54!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! My game works again!!

I LOVE this game! Unfortunately my phone was stolen before the last update, so I am unable to recover my progress. I REALLY dont want to start over. I know my Reef Name just never created a game code!

After this update it hasnt opened successfully on my iPhone 6S plus or iPad. Asking me to create a code but no matter what I put in it fails. Very disappointed since I have been playing for quite a while.

Cute game to relax with. I do wish they would bring back more chances to get Epic fish, Ive never had a chance to get any of them. Need more fish in my reef!

I really like this game a lot. I cant tell you how happy I am that you can transfer the game to a different device. I wish it could be done with all games. Thank you so much

Need better way to earn pearls, not easy for kids under 6 or 7,a lot of reading.

Lost interest since you cant go any further than level 55. How about an update/grade level? I think you will loose a lot of players if you dont. 7/16/15. Just did the update. Keeps crashing. If I could give a 0 rate I would. Some fix. You gave more bugs. Did update at 7am. It is now 7:30am still crashing. When are you going to fix the fixes? Still no up dates still crashes. Now every few minutes it stops and says game sever is not working. The only way I can get the game to work again is to power down and start over after reload how about fixing all the problems. And there are many.. 7/25/16 How about putting some of the rare plants in the chests. 11/17/16 Got tired of playing at level 55. Not going anywhere. Finally deleted so I can start over. I love Nemo but I give you 1 star because the game stops at level 55. No challenge anymore. 11/18/16 I keep turning off the music but every time I start the game the music is turned on again. How about fixing it 12/13/16 I cant open Nemo’s anymore. Asking for a code. Wont accept a code on iPhone and iPad how do I fix it. 12/24/16 Obviously you dont post reviews that are not good. Nor do you seem to try to fix problems. Once you introduced game code I could no longer access the game because it would not accept a code. I deleted the game hoping to start over again with the game code working. No such luck. When are you going to fix all the problems?

My grandson and I have had a great time playing this game together. It is a great teaching tool for math and money( sand dollars). My only complaint is the addition of advertisements that sneak in at times. We also miss the opportunity to get the limited fish that were available in the beginning of the game. Otherwise a most enjoyable game.

This game is a load of fun, even more so if you have friends to visit. I enjoy being able to rearrange my reef the way I like it and the daily challenges are fun to do as well. The hide and seek game you get after getting up in level with Squirt is enjoyable and can be challenging. The support team for this game is amazing to, they do their best to help you and really message you back. Hands down my favorite game and company.
