This app needs an update. Suddenly, its asking me for a name when I enter the game, in order to save the game. But once I input a name and press ok.. Nothing happens and I am not able to enter my reef. Its been three days now

They all of a sudden want you to enter a pass code....cant even put in a code....thus cant even play the game! Go to the web page for help...no help there! Like the game otherwise.

Okay i love this game soo much i play everyday but one day i logged on and it said that i had to type in my game code so i did but it didnt do anything so finaly after about an hour i deleted the game and so to restore it i had to put in my username and code so i did and it said that they did not match(and i wrote this review about on my fiftieth try when i was about to break my phone) my name Thisgameissigh(because this is my second time playing because it didnt work the first time either

I wont let me create one, or access the game. Almost to level 35, very disappointed Fix the game plz

Cant play game because it wont except my game code I have to enter. Please fix this. I want to play the game.

I wish I could see the actual opening of the game, but it probably need some bug fixing.

I just started playing this game about a month ago. It was quite addicting and enjoyable. I liked being able to zone out at night after a 11-13 hour workday. However, I have not been able to play for THREE days now.

Cant get past the game code entry on start screen... so basically I cant play the game anymore....

Have lost game and progress twice now. Game is fun and Grandson loves the fish, but dont get attached to anything you build.

It was pretty amusing to start and has plenty of cute animations but there are quite a lot of glitches. For example, once youve completed a task, sometimes it doesnt recognize it and reward you. Also, just recently, it crashed and now I cant even sign onto my account. I thought maybe it was just my device so I installed it on another device and still it doesnt work. I think either the server is down or theres a huge glitch in the system. Either way, it needs to be fixed. Its been over a week now and still, does not work.

I have been playing for years. I now have a window that comes up asking me to create a password to play on other devices. I have done this. The window keeps coming up, I put the code in, press ok and nothing. This does not go away and I cannot play my game. I have had to deal with many issues like Facebook glitches not allowing me to log in, the app just shutting down, and not being able to log in for a week or two at a time. Now this. Not to mention the free pearls that never appear.i may have to quit this game. I have had enough.

Dont start until this is fixed! We played for a while, last update left us frozen. Unable to install new game code to play on other devices. I just want to play on one. Please fix ASAP. Will be quite upsetting to loose all this money invested.

I have seen on websites that a lot of people are having the same problem with the game code. Is asks you to create one. When you do it does not accept it of reject it. It just stays there baring you access to the game. Please fix it!

Can you fix this app. It has not worked for a while now. Its stuck on creat a name account and wont move on

Was really enjoying this game, even had my daughter loving it and then it popped up and asked for a game code? When I typed in everything I kept saying error. And now when I log in my Reef is completely gone and I spent real money on this game and I lost it all. Now it wont even let me create a new account so I can keep playing

Loved winding down with this game at night...every night. It has completely stopped working - can no longer access my old game, and the server is never working to start a new one.

The latest update seems cool, except its another Disney rip off. You get picks to open chests but then you have to buy picks with ... You guessed it, pearls! Rip Off!!!!!!! 12/15/16 - I was asked today to create a Game Code, which Ive done several times before, but it wont do anything when I hit ok. I cant play anymore and Ive been playing this game for 3-4 years.

Ive been playing this game for a while and its been fun but earlier this week a window popped up stating I need to input a code so I can recover the game. Well it wont take a code, the window is still there, I havent been able to play the game all week. The developer put a statement on their help site that they are aware of the problem and are working on it but nothing has changed.

Havent been able to access my reef or create a game code that pops up everytime I open the app for a week now. Pretty annoying that it has not been fixed yet. Most apps get fixed in the same day if not the next.

Tried to enter a "passcode" for 4 days now... will NOT let me hit enter or access my reef. Until This is addressed, Im done. It used to be a fun way to zone out, but this is beyond frustrating.
